There's more too, but we must preserve the integrity of our special blend. Our Pique gets better and better with age. The longer it cures, the more capsaicin seeps into the vinegar and oil base. Blazin' Hot Nachos & Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

Our Chocolate Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce

Our Chocolate Ghost Pepper seasoning Powder

Shredded or melted Cheese

¼ lb. Ground Beef

Sliced Jalapeno

¼ Onion

½ Tomato

Salt

Black Pepper

Chili Powder

Cook ground beef in small or medium size pan. Break cooking beef into small crumb size bits. Strain or remove excess grease. Add ¼ teaspoon of salt, chili powder & black pepper. Also add 1 teaspoon of our Chocolate Ghost Pepper seasoning Powder.

For Crazy Hot, add 2 teaspoons of our Ghost Pepper Powder. For Insanely Hot, add 3 teaspoons of our Chocolate Ghost Pepper Seasoning.

While beef is still hot, add ¼ cup of shredded or melted cheese. Stir in until cheese is evenly mixed. Pour Beef and Cheese mix on a bed of nachos, then top with a few sliced jalapenos, raw onions & diced tomatoes. Finally, add a few dashes of our Chocolate Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce.
