Lets start with the ingredients:
Smoke Maple Bacon, Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper), Habanero Pepper & our very own Herb Seasoning Salt Blend.
When creating our Ghost Pepper Bacon Jerky, bold bacon Flavor and mild Ghost pepper heat was the target. Everyone loves bacon, but not everyone can handle the intense ghost pepper heat. Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Savory, and Sage are just a few herbs in the mix. Chocolate Ghost Pepper and Yellow Ghost Pepper are responsible for the delectable flavors you'll experience. A sweet maple flavor seems to burst through the ear-ringing flavor. calmly fading leaving that endorphin rush spice junkies crave.
HOW HOT IS IT? (our rough guesstimate is, about 350k Scoville Heat Units) compared to a jalapeno, which is about 5k Scoville Heat Units.
