    Fried or baked, Ghost Pepper Fish Batter is what you want. Like all our Ghost Pepper products, glove and care is recommended, because this is Fried Fish Done Right! When creating our Ghost Pepper Fish batter recipe, we wanted something to compliment the unique flavor of fish. Bullseye! Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Savory, and Sage all play a part in building and disbursing bold flavors. For spicier fried fish, marinade overnight, then batter again and fry. Wooh!     HOW HOT IS IT? (our rough guesstimate is, about 350k - 900k Scoville Heat Units) compared to a jalepeno, which is about 5k Scoville Heat Units.

    The levels of heat truly depend on how aggressive you are with the batter. A light coat will be pretty warm to the average-moderate heat seeker. For those of us whom like things a lil' spicier, simply coat your chicken with egg & milk before you batter. For super intense heat and flavor, coat the chicken with egg & milk, then let the chicken stand in the batter for five minutes or until the fish has a thick coating of batter.
