If you've been waiting on a fried, extra spicy Ghost Pepper potato wedge recipe, you've come to the right place. At Everything Peppers, Spicy Is A Lifestyle!

 Ingredients  Make 4 Servings

  • 4 Large Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Ghost Pepper Chicken Batter
  • Gloves (always waer when handling ghost pepper products)
  • Plast Ziplock Bag
  • Oil (vegetable or corn)

Slowly preheat your oil in a frying pan to 375F to 425F.  

 Wash and peel  your potatoes, then strain in colander.

 Each wedge should be about an inch or so in thickness. 

Using ziploc bag add 1 cup Ghost Pepper Chicken Batter. add  fries, shake till coated. 

 Fry in hot oil at 375 degrees for 7-10 min.  Drain on paper towels... 

Finally, top with parmesan and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
