Get Ready. No Frying! Preheat Oven at 375F

If You Can't Live Without That Crispy Crunch That You Only Get From Frying Homemade Food, Don't Worry Friends. We've got you covered!

The following baked Recipe is for mild Ghost Pepper intensity. The distinctive flavor is warm and present , while heat levels remain tolerable.

Things You'll Need For Chicken

  • Latex or food grade gloves
  • Large Plastic Bag
  • 1 lb. Boneless 
  • 1 TBS Ghost Pepper Pork Chop & Rib Rub
  • 2 TBS Ghost Pepper Chicken Batter

Place 1 lb thawed, raw chicken breast in a large ziplock bag along with 1 TBS Ghost Pepper Pork Chop & Rib Rub. Work the Ghost Pepper Seasoning into the chicken, then refrigerate for at least 12 hrs. While chicken is chilled, place in a large ziplock bag along with 2 TBS Ghost Pepper Chicken Batter. Work powered Ghost Pepper batter until all pieces of chicken are evenlly cover with a thin coat.

With gloves, place the Ghost Pepper Chicken Breast in a small pan (uncovered) and bake at 375F for 30 minutes. Your Ghost Pepper chicken is fully coooked when clean juices flow and it has a browned.

Things You'll Need For Jo Jos

  • Latex or food grade gloves
  • Large Plastic Bag
  • 1 or 2 Potato
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TBS Ghost Pepper Pork Chop & Rib Rub
  • 1 TBS Ghost Pepper Chicken Batter

After slicing your potatoes into half inch thick wedges, dip them in a beaten egg and place in a large ziplock bag. Be sure to allow excess egg to drip from wedges. With all wedges in a the bag, add  1 TBS Ghost Pepper Pork Chop & Rib Rub plus TBS Ghost Pepper Chicken Batter. Mix well and evenly in the ziplock bag. Bake on a lighty greased pan or parchment paper. Within 20 to 30 minutes, your Ghost Pepper Jo Jos will be done when lightly browned and simi cruncky on the out side.

(The flour and egg will make a paste that cooks nearly clear. For more intense flavor and heat, add an additional TBS of Ghost Pepper Pork Chop & Rib Rub).

Gunther J. shared another easy to follow, Spicy Fried Checken & Spaghetti Sqaush recipe. 

 Ghost Pepper Chicken Fingers  

Begin with 2 med. Boneless chicken breast (approx. 1 lb.) - Washed  and sliced 1 inch thick. Pat dry with paper towels.  Using a ziploc bag,  Place 1 cup of Ghost Pepper Chicken Batter in bag, add chicken shake  till coated. Shake off excess batter. Place chicken in hot oil 375  degrees, frying 2-3 minutes, each side. Drain grease on paper towels.     

Spaghetti Squash Bake 

You'll need two medium size spaghetti squash, cleaned then split in half. Scoop out seeds. Drizzle olive oil on squash inside and out. Sprinkle salt and pepper on squash.  Place face down on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Using a fork poke squash. Bake 30 min. at 400 degrees. Let squash cool.  Using a fork, starting from outside, scrape squash, then set aside. Using  a baking dish, add spaghetti season with pepper and salt and 1  tsp.  Ghost Pepper Seasoning. Mix in mushrooms, 1/2 cup chopped onions  and 1/2 cup  chopped bellpeppers.  

  • Top with 1 cup parmesan 
  • Top with a chunky  tomato sauce 
  • Top with mozzarella cheese 

Bake 45 minutes till cheese is  bubbling. Let set 10 min.   

Serve.
