Ghost Pepper Chicken Fingers 

Begin with 2 med. Boneless chicken breast (approx. 1 lb.) - Washed and sliced 1 inch thick. Pat dry with paper towels.  Using a ziploc bag, Place 1 cup of Ghost Pepper Chicken Batter in bag, add chicken shake till coated. Shake off excess batter. Place chicken in hot oil 375 degrees, frying 2-3 minutes, each side. Drain grease on paper towels. 


Spaghetti Squash Bake

For this, you will need two medium size spaghetti squash, cleaned then split in half. Scoop out seeds. Drizzle olive oil on squash inside and out. Sprinkle salt and pepper on squash. Place face down on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Using a fork poke squash. Bake 30 min. at 400 degrees. Let squash cool.

Using a fork, starting from outside, scrape squash, then set aside.

Using  a baking dish, add spaghetti season with pepper and salt and 1 tsp.  Ghost Pepper Seasoning. Mix in mushrooms, 1/2 cup chopped onions and 1/2 cup  chopped bellpeppers. 

  • Top with 1 cup parmesan 
  • Top with a chunky  tomato sauce 
  • Top with mozzarella cheese 

Bake 45 minutes till cheese is  bubbling. Let set 10 min.
